Tokyo Olympics can proceed despite Wuhan Virus Pandemic.
 
Test every participant every 3 days using rapid tests. On arrival, all must be tested with the full test.

All our activities can be controlled with proper testings. At the moment these tests are still expensive, so should be reserved for contact tracing but individuals and companies can help the government by paying for testings themselves.

Those that are tested positive should be sent to hospitals for treatment or full quarantine. Those that are tested negative can be allowed to work normally with social distancing still in place.

Social distancing is actually a good hygienic way of living. Wear masks when speaking with people. It is not to protect ourselves but to protect others. If there are people who speak without any mask on, they are rude and dirty so should be avoided and not allowed to speak.
